L-Sodium lactate by Musashino Chemical (China) Co., Ltd. It is produced by high quality bio-fermented natural L（+）lactic acid as main raw material and sodium hydroxide. With the features of natural, mild odor and less impurities, the product has been widely used in meat and poultry packing to strengthen taste, preserve moisture, and improve product stability and safety.
